| The choir at St. Mary's Church is open to all those who wish to sing. The choir provides children from age 5 upwards with an invaluable musical education, training them not only how to sing, but also providing instruction in music theory and history, giving them with an enviable overview of almost 1,000 years of human culture. The choir also provides adults, both men and women, with an opportunity to get involved with the wider ministry of the church, as well as giving them the opportunity to perform regularly in a friendly and supportive environment.
The choir is actively recruiting for all voices, especially Sopranos and Altos. The choir rehearses weekly on a Thursday evening and before each service during term time. If you are interested in joining the choir then please contact us for more details. |
